Description
Tasty Green, 100% organically grown fruit. This means that only plant and animal materials have been used during cultivation. The pot and the label are made of recycled plastic and are therefore a clean solution for the environment.
‘Rubus Sanibelle’ is a strong growing summer raspberry. The raspberries are large in size, nice dark red in colour and deliciously sweet. This raspberry is self-pollinating and flowers in May with inconspicuous, small white-pink flowers that attract bees and bumblebees. After flowering, the raspberries develop. They can be eaten straight from the bush, but you can also make delicious jam and juice from them. Raspberries are often very expensive in the shops, so it is much more fun to grow them yourself! Raspberries only develop a branch the first year, which will bear fruit the following year. After the harvest, the branches that have borne fruit can be cut close to the ground. The young branches will flower the following year and then bear fruit. This raspberry loses its leaf in the autumn. The raspberry needs support to grow well, so always place it against a climbing frame. It also likes a sunny spot.
